    Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filled products: composite materials made by mixing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with other materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, carbon powder, and copper powder. By adjusting the type and proportion of fillers, the specific properties of PTFE can be improved.  
     

    Performance Characteristics

    1. Enhanced Mechanical Properties: Glass fiber fillers improve tensile strength and wear resistance, while carbon fiber fillers enhance  rigidity,  making  it suitable for  high-friction,  high pressure applications requiring lightweight yet high strength.  
    2. Improved Thermal Conductivity: Adding thermally conductive fillers such as carbon  powder or copper  powder effectively improves the thermal conductivity of  PTFE,  meeting  high temperature conduction and heat dissipation requirements.  
    3. Reduced Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: Filling with certain materials reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion of PTFE, improving dimensional stability and  making  it suitable for precision components and applications requiring high accuracy.  
     

    Application Areas

    1. Machinery Industry: Used in the manufacture of seals, bearings, gears, piston rings, etc., improving the wear  resistance, sealing  performance,  and service life of equipment.  
    2. Electronics and Electrical Engineering: Used to make insulation layers for wires and cables, and encapsulation materials for electronic components, improving their electrical performance and heat resistance.  
    3. Chemical  Industry:  Used  in the  manufacture of linings or seals for reaction vessels, pipelines, pumps,  valves,  etc .,  preventing  leakage  and corrosion from corrosive media.
