Product Description
A high thermal conductivity insulating silicone material, also known as thermal paste or heat-conducting paste because of its paste-like form, can be used for extended periods in temperatures ranging from -50℃ to +230℃ , with a maximum temperature of 300℃.
Use
In heat dissipation and heat conduction applications, even two perfectly smooth surfaces will have gaps when they come into contact. The air in these gaps is a poor conductor of heat, hindering heat transfer to the heat sink. Thermal grease is a material that fills these gaps, allowing for smoother and faster heat conduction.
Furthermore, it has advantages such as not drying out, not solidifying, not melting, being odorless and non-toxic, and not corroding the substrate. It has applications in electrical, insulation, lubrication, mold release, anti-flashover, waterproofing, and shockproofing applications, providing insulation, waterproofing, and shockproofing, and facilitating disassembly and repair.Application Product List
