Product Description
A white, milky white transparent or translucent PTFE film, an ultrathin non-adhesive film without filler materials, possessing all the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene resin.

Use
It is used as an anti-sticking film for welding of generator and AC/DC motor slot insulation, turn insulation, coil insulation, end wrapping insulation, padding insulation, electromagnetic wire wrapping insulation, capacitor dielectric, cable wrapping, transformer, toroidal transformer and composite material manufacturing, electronic components, membrane switches, cast or dry-type high-voltage transformer insulation, as well as clothing straps, underwear straps, craft straps and other clothing and high-end home decoration fabrics, so that the ribbons are not burned, scorched and damaged during welding.

Application Product List
Electric motors, generators, welding machines, transformers, instrument transformers, automated complete sets of equipment, rectifiers, surge arresters, clothing straps, underwear straps, bra straps, and process belts, etc. Film thicknesses up to 15µm can be used for smooth surfaces and stamping seals in precision machinery such as cameras, computers, and magnetic tape recorders.
