Performance Characteristics

2. Improved Thermal Conductivity:Adding thermally conductive fillers such as carbon powder or copper powder effectively improves the thermal conductivity of PTFE, meeting high temperature conduction and heat dissipation requirements.
3. Reduced Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: Filling with certain materials reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion of PTFE, improving dimensional stability and making it suitable for precision components and applications requiring high accuracy.
